Stephanie Raymond

Stephanie Raymond brings an exceptional multi-sport background and a powerful perspective on leadership, decision-making, and athlete development. After a standout career at Northern Illinois University, Stephanie was selected by the Chicago Sky in the 2007 WNBA Draft, and continued her basketball career professionally — including several seasons competing internationally.

Stephanie later transitioned into football, competing in flag football before becoming the quarterback of the Chicago Blitz. She helped lead the team to a championship and earned Offensive Player of the Year recognition.

Her experience developing across multiple sports gives her a unique understanding of vision, anticipation, movement, communication, leadership, and the process of learning and performing a position at a high level.
