Frequently asked questions

Everything parents ask
before applying

Straight answers on ages, positions, experience, coaching, scheduling, location, and cost. Still have a question? Start your application and we'll follow up.

Does my athlete have to be considered elite?

No. Current talent level is not the primary selection factor. F3 is designed for athletes who are committed, coachable, available, and motivated to improve.

What ages can apply?

The initial program is designed for female athletes ages 13 to 18. Final cohorts will be grouped according to age, physical maturity, experience, position, developmental priorities, and competitive fit.

What positions can apply?

The program is primarily designed for quarterbacks, wide receivers, defensive backs, centers, running backs, and versatile offensive and defensive skill athletes. The initial program is not designed as offensive or defensive line training.

Is this only for defensive backs?

No. The founding coaching team brings experience across defensive back play, wide receiver development, quarterback decision-making, speed, movement, ball skills, flag pulling, route concepts, leadership, and overall athlete development. Training includes shared development principles and position-specific instruction when appropriate.

Is prior flag football experience required?

Some playing experience is preferred, but athletes will be evaluated individually. Commitment, readiness to learn, and cohort fit matter more than résumé length.

Will all three coaches attend every session?

The F3 Founding Class is supported by Morris Claiborne, Kevin Dickens Jr., and Stephanie Raymond. Specific coaching assignments and session participation may vary based on the curriculum, athlete positions, group needs, scheduling, and coach availability. Families will receive applicable scheduling and coaching information before enrollment, and the program's standards and curriculum remain consistent regardless of which coach leads a given session.

How will athletes be grouped?

Athletes may be grouped by age, physical maturity, experience, position, developmental priorities, and competitive fit. The goal is not simply to place athletes of the same age together — it is to create groups in which every athlete can be challenged safely and receive meaningful repetitions.

Where will training take place?

Training will take place in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The exact recurring location will be confirmed before accepted athletes complete enrollment.

What happens if my athlete misses a session?

Because the program is built around consistency and progression, families should only apply if they can attend most sessions. Missed sessions are not automatically refunded, credited, or rescheduled. Any specific make-up policy will be provided before enrollment.

Can we attend one session before committing?

No. F3 is a progressive, ongoing development program rather than a drop-in clinic. Accepted athletes join as monthly members and commit to consistent weekly attendance.

Does applying guarantee a place?

No. Space is limited, and applications are reviewed for commitment, coachability, schedule, position, age-group fit, and overall cohort composition.

When does the program begin?

The first official training session is scheduled for August 2026. Accepted families may also be invited to an assessment and parent orientation beforehand.

How much does it cost?

Founding-class athletes pay $199 per month, billed monthly, and keep that founding rate for as long as they stay enrolled. The regular price after the founding class is $299 per month. No payment is required until an athlete has been accepted.

Is F3 a recruiting service?

No. F3 is an athlete-development program. The program does not guarantee recruiting attention, scholarships, roster placement, rankings, exposure, or playing time.

Ready to apply?

Applications for the founding class take about two minutes. No payment is required until your athlete is accepted.
