Dallas–Fort Worth
Female flag football training
in Dallas–Fort Worth
Girls' and women's flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in Texas. F3 Flag gives committed female athletes across the DFW metroplex a small-group development program built around real coaching, meaningful repetitions, and measurable improvement — not a one-day camp.
Built for DFW female athletes
F3 Flag is an ongoing, application-based program for female athletes ages 13–18 in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Whether your daughter already plays on a school or club team or is serious about getting better between seasons, F3 provides the focused, individual development that team practice often can't.
Serving the DFW metroplex
Families travel to F3 from across North Texas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, and Denton. Training takes place at a recurring location in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, confirmed with families before enrollment.
Coached by athletes who have done it
F3 athletes are developed by a founding coaching team with rare credentials: Morris Claiborne (NFL first-round pick, Jim Thorpe Award winner, and Super Bowl champion), Kevin Dickens Jr. (five-time flag football All-American and national champion), and Stephanie Raymond (WNBA draft pick and championship quarterback).
